IMANI MITCHELL

Imani Mitchell is a theater/film actress with over 10 years of  experience. In addition to acting, she is a filmmaker and director.  Recently, Imani directed a production of LOVE & BASEBALL at B Street Theatre in Sacramento, which was adapted into a feature film  (currently streaming on HBO Max). She wrote and directed the feature  film WHIRLPOOL (available on Amazon Prime) and has also produced several notable short films such as I REMEMBER YESTERDAY.

For her next project, Imani will be debuting an original play  entitled ZORA & LANGSTON which chronicles the complex friendship  between literary icons Zora Neale Hurston and Langston Hughes.
